The Manufacturing facility in Naigaon (Dist. Thane ) is designed in such a manner that it can cater to the increased quality demands of the customers and hence conform with CGMP standards.

Steam Sterilizers /Autoclave
Indo German research and development efforts resulted in good quality products with excellent and precise process control as per needs of customer and their level of satisfaction. The design of the machine is as per ASME standards. Steam sterilizers are available in different models and for the suitable applications such as Vertical sterilizers (Microbiology lab) with swing doors.; Horizontal cylindrical sterilizers (Microbiology lab) with conventional radial arm; Horizontal rectangular sterilizers with conventional radial arm and also with sliding doors and Bung processor cum sterilizer.
All models are available with SINGLE/DOUBLE door design except vertical which is available only with single door.
Special Features are Specially designed chamber to ensure complete condensate removal, Specially designed connector/nozzles sanitary type to avoid any chances of contamination, Special welding technique to avoid welding depressions inside the chamber, Excellent chamber finish with crevice free contruction to avoid chances of contamination, Uniform distribution of steam to achieve uniform temperature + 0.5oC, Sterile air filter (0.01micron) for vacuum break is provided on sterile side and Automatic control with PLC based control panel.
Safety Features are Both doors will not open simultaneously, Both doors will not open when process is ON, Steam Sterilizers And Autoclave.
Dry Heat Sterilizers
INDO GERMAN dry heat sterilizers are made for sterilization of empty vials, ampoules and bottles, which can withstand a temperature upto 290°C.
Its special features are Class 100 hepa filter can be fitted inside and outside. The temperature variation inside the chamber will not be more than 5°C (Hottest Point & Coldest point), Special arrangement of baffles is made for the uniform distribution of air inside the chamber, the trolley design is such that the loaded trolley can be pulled out easily at 65°C due to specially designed wheels, Pneumatically operated 100 % sealed dampers, Specially manufactured Silicon door gasket to ensure zero leakage during the operation, Black particle generation is totally eradicated with the appropriate design of the heater bank, which is externally removable for maintenance saving time and energy, PLC based control panel.; Total unit is made as per schedule “M” & WHO and more than 400 units working satisfactorily.
It is available in capacities of Lab Model – 1, 2, 3 & 4 cu. Ft. lab model; Production Model – 3 cu.mtr, 5 cu.mtr and Dry Heat Sterilizers.
Filter Presses 
Its applications are Crystal clear filteration in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, bewerages, oil, ink and other industries. Some special features are Special design for filteration till last drop, COST & time effective due to reverse liquid flow, Inbuilt back wash facility eliminates time loss, gives more output with continuous operation, Eliminates scavenger plate arrangement, Depending upon viscosity of liquid & output it can be provided with Gear/Centrifugal/Lobe/Roto Pump, Hot filteration is also possible with M.S./S.S. jacket, MOC SS 304/316/316L quality and mirror finished to 280 grit internally and externally., Total access for fast cartridge removal and cleaning, Special cartridge design traps total solids thus ensures 100% clear filteration, GMP Model with S.S. platform & trolley. The company also manufacture sparkler type filter press.
Liquid Oral Process Plant
It salient features are Consisting of sugar melting vessel, main syrup manufacturing vessel and storage vessel, filter press and pumps, All the vessels are interconnected with pipeline and the process is fully automatic, untouched with PLC, Bottom entry stirrers to restrict overall ceiling height, CIP/SIP available, Externally placed inline homogenizer ensures the entire material homogenization and gives option for desired multiple passes in recirculation mode with self inbuilt pumping facility within the unit, Working platform in S.S. 304. ladder with railing at three sides of the platform will be provided, All connecting pipelines in S.S. 316., Sugar charging under vacuum without vacuum without the sugar melting vessel. (Optional) and Available in various batch capacities from 1000 litres to 5000 litres.
